SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on holidays, weekends, or other holidays recognized by www.zumbawearmumbai.in will be shipped within 4 business days.

In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, unusual spikes, etc.), these shipment-processing times may be delayed.

Pre-Orders will be charged upon checkout. Any non pre-order items will be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date of order. Once the advertised pre-order shipping period begins, you will receive your order within 10 business days (for standard shipments). Shipping dates cannot be guaranteed for pre-orders. In the event of unforeseen delays outside of our control, the estimated shipping date is subject to change without notice.

Cancelling a Pre-Order: If you would like to cancel your pre-order, we will gladly refund you. Simply follow these instructions:

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We send all orders via reputed courier partners. You can log on to zumbawearmumbai.in and check the details of the shipment and courier partner.

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

Coupon Code: Coupon codes are valid until deactivated by Zumba. Limit one coupon code per person. Valid on the consumer and ZIN carts in India only. Excludes gift cards, 1lb. 12-packs of toning sticks, toning stick bundles and Zumba Rizer™ bundles. Discount does not apply to shipping and handling or tax. Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at Zumba's sole discretion.

GENERAL

zumbawearmumbai.in will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you. If your package is refused or returned to us, we will refund the amount of your order, excluding shipping and handling charges. We do not accept product exchanges. For all orders, please provide your complete street address with pin code and nearest landmark

We use several different shipping carriers depending on type of shipment and geographic location.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER:

  • Shipping fee is applicable on All orders of Any value delivered to Any destination within India.
  • For a limited period, we will offer a discount on shipping fee (can be up to 100% of shipping fee). The same shall be displayed on the website at product page or offers or at checkout page.
  • Free shipping offer is not applicable to purchases of 1lb. 12-packs of toning sticks, toning stick bundles and Zumba Rizer™ bundles.
  • Free standard shipping is automatically applied to your order after other discounts are taken and before taxes and handling charges are added.
  • Offer subject to change or expiration at any time at Zumba's sole discretion.
  • Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase.
  • In case of refund due to return of products for any reason the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING COST

The Shipping costs for domestic standard service is Rs 100 per 500 gms of packaged product* (Tax & fuel surcharge on basic shipping fee will be extra)

*Certain items may include additional handling costs. These items include and are not limited to; Toning Sticks, Toning Stick Bundles, DVD sets, and banners. Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

3 to 7 working days excluding holidays.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by zumbawearmumbai.in?

There are NO hidden charges when you shop on zumbawermumbai.in. The standard & discounted process are the final price. The delivery cost, if applicable will be mentioned clearly before you make the payments. There will be no additional cost to be paid once the product is delivered to you.

Why there is no delivery in my area?

We deliver to all places where our delivery partners have delivery capability. We are continuously working to expand over coverage area. There may also be legal restrictions to delivering products in your area.

Do you also give Cash on Delivery option?

No, Cash on Delivery is  not available on certain products.

Can you purchase outside India and get it delivered to a address in India

No, We only provide product and service within India 

 

RETURN POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED.

At zumbawearmumbai.in, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why, under our Return Policy, we accept returns for any reason of all merchandise (excluding accessories and gift cards) purchased on the official website, zumbawearmumbai.in within 15 days of the original order delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, if conditions are met*. Accessories are considered to be any items, other than DVD sets, that cannot be worn as tops, bottoms or footwear, including but not limited to bracelets, headbands, Toning Sticks, Zumba Rizers™, socks and flip flops. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup or distinctive smells and include original tags, if applicable. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Bras and lingeries

FINAL SALE: No exchanges or refunds can be accepted on discounted items or bundles purchased during the days of our promotional campaigns. Campaigns Include but are not limited to: Republic Day Sale, Valentine Day Sale, special price store, Buy One Get One free products, Product with a discount of 50% & above or any other festive season sale.

By purchasing on our website and as further described in our Return Policy and subject to following the return instructions below, you benefit from:

  1. A 15-day satisfaction guaranteed or money back;
  2. A 15-day return right for defective or non-conforming items

A. NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Contact Customer Care by sending an email to estafitness@gmail.com
  2. Your email should include the following information:
    • Your Name
    • Your Address
    • Contact Information
    • Your Order Number
    • The items you are returning
  3. A Customer Care representative will respond to you with the address where you should send your return. Returns should be sent using a traceable shipment method to the address provided by Customer Care. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Returns must be sent within 15 days of delivery to you, and the return items must be unused, undamaged, complete and in the original untampered packaging. Your packing list should be included in the return shipment.
  4. You will be refunded the cost of the return goods less the original shipping fee upon verification of the returned items.
  5. Refund times shall be within 3 to 4 weeks from the day we receive all the items.

B. DEFECTIVE ITEMS RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. If you believe your items are defective, faulty, or not in conformity with your order, you must notify customer care within 15 days of receipt of your order. Customer Care can be reached amazingecomm@gmail.com
  2. Customer Care will make arrangements with you for the return of the items.
  3. Justified defective or faulty items will be fully reimbursed, including the shipment charges.
  4. Reimbursing shipping charges would be INR 100/- or actual whichever is lower.
